Pricing questions
Before you choose a plan.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade as your usage grows. Higher limits and platform access apply as soon as the change is active.
- What counts as a Social Account?
- Each Facebook Page, Instagram account, YouTube channel, TikTok account, or X profile is one Social Account. Adding the same Social Account to several Feeds still consumes one slot.
- Why are Feeds unlimited?
- A Feed reuses content from Social Accounts Fibiro has already synchronized. Create as many Feeds as you need without paying repeatedly for the same Social Account.
- Do I need a backend?
- No. Every plan includes a domain-restricted Public Client that can read Feed content directly from a website or app. The frontend can optionally exchange its public key and origin with Fibiro for a short-lived access token.
- Can somebody abuse my Public Client allowance?
- Public Clients are read-only, domain-restricted, and rate-limited. The client reuses an exchanged token until near expiration, while domain validation and rate limiting remain the primary abuse controls. Feed requests made with either method count toward the plan’s monthly allowance.
- Why choose an Agency plan?
- Agency plans keep each client in an isolated Project with its own Social Accounts, Feeds, Connection Links, Public Client, and secret API keys. Your Organization manages all Projects under one subscription.
